Sein Erfolgsrezept: Das Verbinden von Tradition und Moderne. Dieser Zugang kommt nicht von ungef\u00e4hr. Aufgewachsen im Alpengasthof seiner Eltern ist Martin quasi von Kindesbeinen an fest mit seiner Heimat und der Zillertaler Gastronomie verwurzelt. Nach seinem Architekturstudium in Innsbruck und vielen Auslandsreisen mit mehrj\u00e4hrigen Aufenthalten in der spanischen Nachtgastronomie zieht es Martin zur\u00fcck ins Zillertal wo er neben zahlreichen Ferienunterk\u00fcnften bis 2018 den Gasthof Waldcafe betrieben hat.<br><\/p>\n<p>\u201eMein j\u00fcngstes Projekt, das Appartmenthaus ALMA, liegt mir besonders am Herzen\u201c so&nbsp; Martin \u201eweil ich hier mein Faible f\u00fcr Architektur einflie\u00dfen lassen konnte\u201c. &nbsp;Als begeisterter Hobbyfotograf, Filmer und Drohnenflieger war es f\u00fcr Martin ein absolutes \u201eMUSS\u201c &nbsp;sein Vorzeigeprojekt mit einem Zeitrafferfilm verewigen&nbsp; zu lassen.
