Ein Bauprojekt, das sowohl architektonisch als auch technologisch Ma\u00dfst\u00e4be setzt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Bereits Anfang Juni 2021 startete das Projekt, das nun, nach \u00fcber 100 Jahren seit der Gr\u00fcndung der VLV, das alte Verwaltungsgeb\u00e4ude abl\u00f6st. Die VLV, die ihren Hauptsitz seit 1920 in Bregenz hat, hat sich von einer reinen Feuer- und Haushaltsversicherung zu einer Universalversicherung entwickelt, die umfassende Versicherungsl\u00f6sungen anbietet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Der neue Geb\u00e4udekomplex besticht durch seinen transparenten Baustil. Gro\u00dffl\u00e4chige Fensterfronten durchfluten die modernen B\u00fcror\u00e4ume mit Tageslicht und verleihen dem Bauwerk eine offene, einladende Atmosph\u00e4re. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Ein besonderes Highlight des Projekts ist die technische Dokumentation des gesamten Bauprozesses. \u00dcber drei Jahre hinweg wurde der Baufortschritt mit zwei wetterfesten, ausfallsicheren Hightech Baustellenkamera Systemen \u00fcberwacht und aufgezeichnet. Das daraus entstandene Baustellenzeitraffer Video in Kinoqualit\u00e4t, das den Bauprozess vom Abriss des alten Bestandsgeb\u00e4udes, \u00fcber die ersten Fundamente bis hin zur Fertigstellung zeigt, wird sowohl zu Dokumentationszwecken als auch f\u00fcr die Werbung der VLV genutzt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Die Fertigstellung des neuen B\u00fcrogeb\u00e4udes markiert einen Meilenstein in der Geschichte der Vorarlberger Landesversicherung und setzt ein Zeichen f\u00fcr die Zukunft.
