With “Focus on,” an office building was realized in Vienna that brings together modern working environments and high-quality architecture.
Timelapse Systems supported the entire construction process with a high-tech construction site camera. Through the integrated site monitoring system as well as the construction timelapse film, the client had access to both 24/7 transparency and high-quality footage for promotional purposes. What made this project special was the camera perspective, featuring the distinctive building and abundant greenery in the background, giving the project an exceptionally striking visual impact.
The construction project involves the development of an office building including an underground parking garage, built using a reinforced concrete hybrid construction method. With The Black Square ZT as the planner and Leyrer & Graf as the partial general contractor, the project was completed in approximately 20 months of construction time. The scope of services included structural and general construction works, including the roof. In total, around 2,800 m³ of concrete, 305 tons of reinforcement steel, 106 bored piles, 800 m² of timber, and 65 tons of structural steel were used.
The result is a modern office building that combines innovative construction methods with a pleasantly nature-oriented location. The successful interplay of architecture, materials, and setting creates a strong sense of well-being.
