Using a 4K construction site camera, the team from Timelapse Systems documented the impressive renovation of the Kogelberg vintner’s house, capturing the fascinating transformation from cultural heritage to modern architecture in time-lapse.

The renovation was carried out with great sensitivity to the historical fabric. Authentic architectural elements were preserved, and modern accents were carefully integrated. Generous window surfaces open up views of the surrounding landscape, while high-quality materials in the interior provide contemporary comfort.

Built in the 19th century, the vintner’s house was a defining site of southern Styria’s winemaking tradition for generations. Shaped by traditional construction, regional craftsmanship, and its distinctive hillside location, it is now owned by the Steiermärkische Sparkasse.

In the revitalized vintner’s house, guests can enjoy a fine selection of regional specialties – from crispy fried chicken and seasonal vegetables to homemade spreads, Styrian bean salad, and regional cheeses. Carefully selected wines from southern Styria perfectly complement this culinary experience.
